Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary:Plays critical role in providing an exceptional support to the client critical network environment and good team player in the operations team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations support and service request fulfilment services for Load Balancer and DDI (DNS/DHCP/IP address management) domains within the Network Service Delivery and Operations organization.

Provide leadership during complex break/fix incidents and ensure adequate resolution.

Experience in Bluecat edge and Cisco Umbrella.

Packet capture and protocol analysis (TCP, UDP, ICMP, packet dissection).

Support for the transition to IPv6 DNS and IPv4 DNS, DNS high availability.

Demonstrate a high level of expertise in BlueCat solutions including best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, testing or developing IPAM Solutions on BlueCat.

Expertise designing, transforming, managing, and migrating complex Bluecat Environments.

Been technical lead with hands on Bluecat implantations/migrations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Experience architecting, implementing, and configuring OEM platforms especially on BlueCat.

Deep understanding of IP addressing design

Proven experience planning and executing migrations to or from any of the various DDI OEM platforms

Perl and Python scripting is desired

Knowledge of switches, routers, load balancers and firewalls and their interactions with DDI is a must.

Network Operating Systems:MS Active Directory, Linux, UNIX, etc.

Understanding about public DNS (affilias)

Good knowledge on virtual appliances and cloud architecture

Passion for customer experience and success

Solicitude in helping customers throughout their automation journey

A collaborative, team approach, working on internal and external efforts

Drive MIM/P1/P2 bridge

Outstanding customer service skills.
Additional Information:

Bachelor's degree in information technology related field of study with a network/software engineering

Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. LAN and WAN experience

Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols

Bluecat Certification.

Experience working in extremely large-scale computing infrastructures

Experience of Ethernet/IP transmission technology and systems.
