"Summary:As a Data Modeler, you will work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by applying data modeling techniques and methodologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their data requirements, designing and implementing data models, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist with the blueprint and design of the data platform components.- Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.- Develop and maintain data models, data processes, and data migration strategies.- Design and implement data security and data privacy measures.- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing procedures.- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Should have strong foundation knowledge on medallion architecture- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Work closely with application designers and data architects to ensure data models align with overall system architecture.- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data modeling best practices.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data standards and guidelines.- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data modeling techniques and methodologies.- Train and mentor junior data professionals to enhance their data modeling skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.- Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts, data vault modeling- Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ERStudio- Knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL, Azure Synapse - Experience in designing and implementing data models for complex business domains.

Good to Have Skills:Working modeling experience on Azure cloud - Good To Have Skills:Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.- This position is based at our Bengaluru/Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required."
