Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.- Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Network Infrastructures.- Strong understanding of network security principles.- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
