IT Information Security Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1.Basic knowledge of configuring, managing, and troubleshooting for Palo Alto firewalls, Global Protect VPN, Zscaler proxy, CrowdStrike EDR etc.

2. Basic knowledge of network protocols.

3. Understanding of encryption and hashing,

4. Should have knowledge about Secure Email Gateway, F5 WAF Anti DDOS Solution NAC, F5 WAF, NexGen Firewall.

5.Monitor firewall performance and respond to security alerts.

6.Monitor and manage DLP events.

7.SIEM IBM Qradar tools for monitoring, correlating, and analyzing security events.

8. Analyze and triage the remediation of threats detected across all endpoints.

9. Monitor the performance, health checkup of security devices.

10. Implement and manage security policies in firewalls, VPNs, and EDR systems.

11. Analyze and respond to security threats and incidents through the SIEM portal.

12.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures and improve overall protection.

13. Monitor and coordinate the timely closure of the incident and alerts.

14. Should have good communication skills.
