Summary:
As an Application Lead for SAP FI CO Finance, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve overseeing the development of SAP FI CO Finance applications, managing project timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and configuration of SAP FI CO Finance applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP FI CO Finance applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP FI CO Finance application development, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Ensure the successful delivery of SAP FI CO Finance applications, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including project timelines, budget, and risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading application development projects.
- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation methodologies.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP FI CO Finance applications.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
