Summary:
As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP ABAP Development applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Development applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to meet business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP Adobe/Adobe Interactive Development and SAP ABAP Web Dynpro.
- Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Development applications.
- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development best practices and coding standards.
- Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
