Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring the successful delivery of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Manage the application development process, including coding, testing, and debugging.

Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the specified timeline and budget.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the application development process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with GIS software.

Strong understanding of geospatial data and mapping concepts.

Experience in designing and developing GIS applications.

Knowledge of spatial analysis and data modeling.

Familiarity with database management systems, such as Oracle or SQL Server.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.

This position is based in Kolkata.

A 15 years of full-time education is required.
