Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Solution Design and Configuration:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO modules to meet business requirements.-Business Process Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and managerial accounting processes and provide recommendations for SAP FI/CO solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.-Integration Management:Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.-Project Leadership:Manage and lead SAP FI/CO projects, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.-Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute test plans, perform system integration testing, and ensure quality assurance for SAP FI/CO solutions.-Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, business processes, and technical specifications.-End-User Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP FI/CO functionalities.-Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest SAP FI/CO advancements and best practices, and recommend process improvements.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Design and develop high-quality software solutions.

Conduct unit testing and debugging of software applications.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, Japanese JLPT proficiency N2

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules.

Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI CO and other modules.

Experience in designing and implementing financial reporting solutions.

Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.

Experience in data migration and system integration.

Solid grasp of project management principles and practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
