Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. A typical day in this role involves analyzing requirements, designing application solutions, and providing problem-solving solutions for the team and across multiple teams. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical expertise in designing innovative applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME in application design
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
- Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Design and develop application solutions based on business requirements
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Mentor and guide junior team members

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in React.js
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Redux
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
