Summary:As an Application Support Engineer for SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the system.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to ensure smooth functioning of the system.

Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for the system and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and experience in providing technical support for the same.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and experience in providing technical support for the same.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within critical business systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support for SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.
