Designation: Record to Report Ops Specialist

What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.- To build a team dedicated to tying out one or series of the primary balance sheet account to sub - ledger.- Team will be provided with the Playbook which will help them to analyze the numbers flux, identify and research the issues- Bring issues to the FTEs team to help fix it with client product Engineering team and Revenue systems team to ensure completeness of B/S account reconciliationsThe Balance Sheet Reconciliations team focuses on balance sheet analysis which involves evaluating all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger-based source data. The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, general ledger, bookkeeping, journal entry, voucher entry, trial balance, and month-end reporting.

What are we looking for?

Daily supervision

Ability to troubleshoot, transactional level research

Pervasive issues that affect all the regions, understand the regional issues

Detail view of the work, ensuring spreadsheet accuracy and Pivot table

Oracle, Blackline both at user level.

SQL user knowledge is good to have
Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
