Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and standards. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business processes, designing and implementing solutions, and testing and debugging applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as providing technical support to end-users. Your role will require strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements.

Configure and customize applications to meet specific needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and architecture.

Experience in designing and developing Salesforce applications.

Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A Regular 15-year full-time education is required.
