Summary:As an Application Lead for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) related issues, providing timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.

Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) best practices and standards.

Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Activate.

Solid grasp of SAP integration with other modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance and Controlling (FICO).
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
