Technical Experience :1 Proven expertise designing and implementing highly complex and various Mainframe Modernization solutions 2 5 to 10 years of expertise in designing end to end Mainframe Modernization Architecture for any large scale system3 Experience with any of code conversion tools like BluAge, Rain Code, TSRI, TMaxSoft, Cloud Frame etc4 Ability to design and implement common Mainframe and hybrid-cloud use cases 5 Experience with data strategies like VSAM to Relational, IMS to Db2, database replication,
