Here is a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities :

Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal or ERP assessment requests.

Engaging with the Client and designing new business processes based on customer requirements, scoping, discovering, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet expectations.

Identifying , assessing and solving complex business problems across SAP S4 Hana ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.

Driving enterprise business, application and integration architecture.

Assisting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.

Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations.

Developing our offerings and assets and participate in pre-sales activities.

Mentoring and developing our people and contributing to asset creations and knowledge sharing sessions.

Deep domain expertise across one/more of Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom. Understanding the domain trends and technology offerings across these industry sectors.

Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business , how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement.

Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.

Participation in Pre-Sales, Bid Management and overall appreciation of estimation, scoping and assumptions for a large SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA implementation using various methods such as ASAP or Activate or others.

Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains .

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to stakeholders and ability to drive C-suite/leadership level discussions .

Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market.

Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships.

Demonstrated ability to develop younger talent and build a high performing team.

MBA from a tier 1 institute

Minimum experience of 5 years and above in SAP ERP and should have led minimum 1 S/4 HANA implementation/ transformation projects (Solution Architect/ Offshore lead)

Working experience across:

Experience in design and business blueprint and greenfield implementation of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA core functionalities across FICO/FSCM and Bank management as a part of the enterprise-wide design and blueprint of SAP along with good expertise in M&A/JV scenarios of Central Finance. The ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market. Cross functional experience with Procurement, SD, PP etc .

Deep domain expertise across one/more of Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom. Understanding the domain trends and technology offerings across these industry sectors .

Evaluat e different routes to implementation and driving business value from SAP HANA . Evaluating opportunity to consolidate and renovate existing SAP implementations while transforming onto a S/4 HANA platform .

Led and delivered large-scale transformation and / or migration of SAP ECC and other legacy ERPs to the new SAP S/4 HANA architecture. Deep appreciation of one/more of the functional areas of FICO . Demonstrated expertise in an Hybrid ERP environment comprising various flavor of SAP and other 3rd party ERPs.

Expertise in creation of business case, functional prototypes in demonstrating the value and impact of an SAP S/4 deployment, business value assessment for an implementation (either greenfield or brownfield) of SAP S/4 HANA. Real life experience in using components from SAP Activate methodology as part of program implementation.

Good Analytical and Assessment skills in driving the discovery workshop, performing the AS-IS assessment and Fit-Gap Analysis, and providing suggestion of TO-BE design in terms of Cost, tools, people, and Organizations (i.e., change management).
