Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP applications.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Design and configure solutions based on business needs.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the applications.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP ABAP development.- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP development principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications.- Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP.- Hands-on experience with SAP development tools and technologies.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori development.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.- Knowledge of SAP UI5 and OData services.- Experience in integrating SAP ABAP applications with other systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
