What would you do?
As a part of client reporting and insights, you would require to do Power Bi based Reporting for different Operational Purposes. MIS reporting by using MS Excel and VBA (macro) at Operational. Ad hoc automation for different Operational requirements. Creating and modifying SQL queries as per requirements based on client and operational use. Performance reporting Data and Trend Analysis to correlate process performance. Supporting Operations team in different types of data analysis with the help of SQL and Power Bi. Creating salesforce reports for client and operational uses.Drive performance improvements through automation. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in cross functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments

The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
