Summary:As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure effective communication within the team

Identify and resolve conflicts within the team

Continuously improve team performance
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development

Strong understanding of software configuration management

Experience in designing software configurations and customizations

Knowledge of business process design and application requirements

Hands-on experience in implementing configuration management plans
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full-time education is required
