Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations of applications.

Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ABAP BOPF.

- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP development principles and best practices.

- Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications for HANA.

- Knowledge of SAP HANA database and performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

- Experience in integrating SAP systems with external applications.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
