Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing application architecture, coding, testing, and debugging applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.

Create technical designs and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud best practices.

Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features and technologies.

Assist in the deployment and release management of Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and data model.

Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, customization, and integration.

Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud security and sharing settings.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Lightning components and AppExchange apps.

Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
