Summary:As a Salesforce Service Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Salesforce Service Cloud. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, developing and implementing solutions to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and functionality.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integration with other systems.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud data migration and management. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
