Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Critical Incident Management and ensuring smooth functioning of the applications. Key Responsibilities1 Delivering technical assistance and focusing on resolving NBN, ADSL, and mobile disruptions.2 Enhancing and maintaing computer systems to guarantee peak performance.3 Performing peer reviews to validate technical precision and adherence to standards.4 Evaluating user requirements and suggested suitable hardware solutions.5 Assisting customer support for software releases, addressing fundamental technical issues.
Technical Experience1 Must have :Critical Incident Management2 Good to have :Java programming(OOPS Concept), MS Excel, and Basic ethical hacking, NBN, ADSL, and mobile fault technical support. 3 Good to have :Networking and Hardware Troubleshooting
