Summary:As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Gurugram and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.

Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.

Provide support in the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.

Assist in managing and coordinating service delivery activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Strong understanding of service management principles and practices.

Experience in coordinating and managing projects.

Knowledge of contract management and shared service coordination.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework.

Familiarity with service delivery processes and methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based in Gurugram.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
