What Are We Looking For

• If you can install, configure, patch and upgrade Oracle databases then you already have some of the skills we are looking for. However, we are also looking for people who don t just fix incidents, but also the underlying problems that cause those incidents.
• We are looking for people with a growth mindset who, regardless of their experience and skills, appreciate that there is always more to learn.
• We want people who are confident questioning the status quo, and who are willing to suggest and debate ideas that will lead us to further improvement.
