Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless transitions.
  
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes to welcome new employees into the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR generalist strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  
• Handle exit formalities with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in an HR role (Generalist or Specialist).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, and employee engagement best practices.
