Fullstack JavaScript Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular js, React, Angular, or Vue.js) on the frontend.

• Lead the architecture and design of complex features, ensuring alignment with business requirements and overall application strategy.
• Build, test, deploy, and manage application code while ensuring responsiveness and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to other developers.
• Ensure best practices for coding standards, testing, and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering growth within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Java and front-end frameworks.

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end development.

• Strong experience with JavaScript and at least one major front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• In-depth understanding of RESTful services, APIs, and microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Experience with database technologies (SQL, PL SQL, e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting and debugging.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
