Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Java Professionals (Frontend & Backend) to develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and efficient backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security using best coding practices.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.

- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, or SSO.

- Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing.

- Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality.

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Work with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or NgRx.

- Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets.

- Implement accessibility and SEO best practices in UI development.

- Use modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to develop high-quality applications.

- Participate in code reviews, Agile development (Scrum/Kanban), and DevOps practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and implement bug fixes.

- Maintain technical documentation and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Java development with expertise in backend and/or frontend technologies.

- Backend : Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA.

- Frontend : Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Proficiency in RESTful API design, GraphQL, and API security.

- Experience with database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) :

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.

- Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes Helm charts.

- Experience with Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito), Cypress, or Selenium for UI testing.

- Certifications such as Oracle Certified Java Developer (OCP), AWS Certified Developer, or Google Professional Cloud Developer.
