Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

• Guide students and parents on available academic programs and career paths.
• Assess each students academic performance, interests, and career goals to recommend the best-fit options.
• Address questions about course requirements, learning outcomes, and career prospects.

Program Guidance

• Clearly explain program structures, curriculum details, and benefits to students and parents.
• Stay informed about new developments in education, industry trends, and academic policies to provide up-to-date advice.

Follow-Up and Engagement

• Build meaningful relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and personal interactions.
• Assist students with document submission and ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Achieving Targets

• Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue goals while ensuring quality counselling.
• Develop strategies to enhance enrolment numbers and contribute to organizational success.

Collaboration

• Work closely with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure seamless counselling and enrolment experiences.
• Represent the organization at events like webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote academic programs.

Record Maintenance

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student inquiries, counselling sessions, and enrolments.
• Provide regular reports on counselling outcomes and student conversions to the management team.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required. A background in education, counselling, or related areas will be a plus.

Experience

• Experience in academic counselling, telesales, or education-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
