Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly targets consistently.
• Engage and communicate effectively with learners via calls.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their learning needs.
• Explain product features and benefits to prospective learners.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve quotas.
• Generate new leads and schedule video/face-to-face counselling sessions.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 1-3 years of proven experience in EdTech sales (working professionals domain).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
• Graduation is mandatory.

Preferred Industry:

• EdTech (Inside Sales, B2B/B2C Sales).

Interview Mode:

• Face-to-Face (F2F)
