Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Counsel students regarding their course inquiries.
- Provide guidance to students and their parents both in-person and over the phone.
Mentoring & Leadership:
- Mentor junior counselors (for Associate and Senior Associate levels).
- Take on additional responsibilities as a senior counselor (for Senior Associate level).
Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Calculate and track conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools for sales and report generation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Mentor junior counselors (for Associate and Senior Associate levels).
Requirements
- 1 - 8 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with potential learners.
- Excellent closure techniques and convincing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Revenue-focused with a strong ability to think numerically and optimize sales strategies.
- Traits:
- Hardworking, dedicated, and determined.
- Great listener and trustworthy individual.
- Must be residing in Delhi.
Expected Deliverables/KPIs:
- Meet weekly and monthly admissions targets.
- Generate referral sales as per targets.
- Reactivate old/lost applications to ensure batch target achievement.
- Improve and maintain sales conversion rates.
