Salesforce Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from requirement analysis and design to development and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture and coding.
• Optimize Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct technical assessments and reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on Salesforce advancements, innovations, and best practices to continually enhance solution offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through Salesforce adoption and maximizing the value of their investment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and their effective implementation within Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Lead or Architect, with a successful track record of designing and delivering Salesforce solutions at scale.
• Experience with large, complex Salesforce implementations, including multi-org setups.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
