Job Description

  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, leveraging insights to generate qualified leads.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with new clients, focusing on both short-term sales and long-term business growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies, including pricing models and competitive positioning.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular reports on the status of deals and prospects, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish partnerships.
  • Customer Feedback & Satisfaction: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, gather feedback, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Development) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in Web Developement
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services industry.
  • Familiarity with IT service offerings, including software development, cloud services, and consulting solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex IT solutions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competition to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
