Job Description
- Preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements assisting with regulations as applicable .
- Work with Domestic and International accounting team and support the accounting closure process
- Assist in preparation of variance analyses and perform financial statement analytics providing relevant explanations for fluctuations
- Preparing Debtor Creditor aging , Maintain Fixed asset register and other supporting schedules.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end accounting close.
- Support external audits and reviews by providing period over period variance analysis, supporting schedules, accounting reconciliations, pulling selections and interfacing with external auditors as required.
- Assist in implementation and documentation of internal controls, process and related procedures.
- Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding conditions
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for executing all engagements in the areas of governance, risk compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, IFC.
- Candidate is expected to work closely with the stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in working in statutory audit or in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms - From Big 4 preferable).
- Qualified CA professional.
- Review of working papers and folders.
- Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving service.
- Understand business industry issues / trends.
- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality risk management procedures.
- Demonstrate an application solution-based approach to problem solving technique.
- A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place.
- Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment.
