Must Haves
4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 5 years (most recent) recruiting for technical/engineering positions
Experience building globally distributed teams and working across multiple time zones
Experience building and scaling engineering teams, preferably in one or more of the following areas of focus:
Full Stack or Backend Engineering
Engineering Management
AI and Machine Learning
Ability to use internal or external data to influence stakeholders and drive departmental or organizational outcomes
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to Haves
Background or education in a technical field Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, etc.
Experience building engineering teams from the ground up
Familiarity or experience with our internal recruitment tech stack Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, or similar tools and platforms
Ability to work with little direction and yet drive projects to successful outcomes
