Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the company s software development services.
Explain and provide details about software products, services, and solutions offered by the company.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries related to software services.
Generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team to follow up.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients over the phone.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client engagement and sales processes.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Telecaller , Telesales Representative , or similar role in a technology or software-related company.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of software products and services (prior experience in the software industry is a plus).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills :
Prior experience working in a software development company or IT services industry.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales pipelines .
Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Education Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing , Business Administration , or a related field is preferred.
1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field.
