Role & responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure accurate shipment tracking and on-time delivery.
• Take proactive measures to ensure shipments are delivered on time, handling any issues that may affect delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments throughout the delivery cycle, updating relevant stakeholders and identifying any potential delays.
• Collaborate with logistics personnel to align shipment schedules, address logistical challenges, and streamline delivery processes.
• Use basic Excel functions to manage shipment data, create tracking reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide timely and clear updates to customers regarding their shipment status, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring all parties are aligned on shipment timelines and delivery expectations.
