Role & responsibilities

• Management of Equipment of the Organization
• Asset Management
• Asset Tagging
• Coordination with all Vendors for Office
• Office Supplies Management
• Office Tea / Coffee / Canteen Management
• Office Staff transport Management (Rickshaw / Bus etc.)
• Planning regular maintenance of all equipment
• Planning Pest Control for all office and warehouse on weekends
• Basic knowledge of IT and coordinating with vendors to get IT work done
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Resolve administrative problems
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
• Arranging both internal and external events

Preferred candidate profile

• Multi-Tasking
• Proven experience as Admin executive.
• Good at Time-Management skills.
• Good in negotiation skills, vendor management, inventory control, supply management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Good presentation & Communication skills
