Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Manage and prioritize accounting for customers/inquiry, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including debt negotiators and financial advisors, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report on email metrics to improve our customer service efforts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in handling/assisting accounting for customer, ideally with a focus on emails.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in debt settlement or debt collection environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills you can explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • The ability to perform a role to a defined standard by applying technical & professional skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and email management tools.
  • Must have experience of Advance Excel.
