Qualification = Electrical Engineer

Experience = 10 to 15 Years

Industry exposure = Real Estate / Construction

Location = Corporate Office, Pune

Compensation = 15 18 Lacs CTC PA

Job Description

• Design and design coordination with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and other ancillary services
• Preparation of DBR, load lists, cable schedules, interconnection schedules, single line diagrams & schematics, equipment layouts for outdoor/indoor substation, trench/tray layouts, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, lighting prevention layout as per standard and statutory requirements.
• Preparation of technical specifications and data sheets for various electrical equipment like transformers, DG set, HT/LT switch gear, cables, bus-ducts, UPS, battery chargers, DB, lighting fixtures & ELV components etc.
• Preparation of electrical work tender specifications for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment
• Calculation of equipment size for transformers, generators, HV/LV cables, UPS with batteries etc.
• Operating knowledge on AutoCAD, Revit, MS excel and software
• Good design exposure for residential (high-rise) and commercial projects
