Job Role
- Responsible for overall franchisee business growth of Karnataka and Kerala - taking care of existing business and manage RM'S
- Having a target of new franchisee acquisition through team members
- Responsible for team KRAs and revenue generation in terms of brokerage through the team.
- Maintain a long-term relationship with Sub Broker and provide complete support to business partner
- Provide regular updates to the business heads as and when required
- Building relationship with existing Franchisee for Business Development.
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate with good experience and knowledge of Franchisee business Segment
- Should have good communication Skills
- Should be a result oriented, self - starter, proactive, strong motivator & collaborative.
- Should be able to network & build relationships with Business partners Team.
- Should have team management experience.
