Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Driving the company's financial planning, Accounting standards
2. Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
3. Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
4. Cost Control
5. Responsible for internal & external audit with zero deviation in books writing & keeping
6. Due Diligence for Fund Raising through equity
7. Set up SOPs
8. Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
9. Responsible for all finance related MIS
Desired Skills:
1. Proven experience as CFO
2. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
3. Strong knowledge of market & catchment.
4. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
5. High level of ownership.
Qualification: CA with minimum experience of 15-28 years within Retail industry
