Head - Supply Chain Management & Procurement (13-20 yrs)

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives and GMP requirements, particularly highly regulated markets viz., USFDA, etc.

- Oversee the procurement of Direct and Indirect procurement -raw materials, APIs, packaging materials, capital goods to ensure the seamless functioning of manufacturing operations in an SEZ regulated area.

- Identification of potential suppliers, alternate sourcing and assessing their suitability as per the API GMP guidelines and regulations.

- Evaluation and negotiation with potential suppliers, ensuring they meet GMP, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Lead efforts to negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify commercial opportunities and optimize inventory management.

- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and regulatory requirements to inform purchasing decisions.

- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.

- Periodic MIS reporting, planning, budgeting and variance management.

- Cost reduction and optimization.

- Handling logistics team including customs and SEZ matters/compliances and Liaisoning with statutory authorities/departments.

- Continuous improvements to the systems, controls and procedures in an SAP or similar environment.

- Build team to meet growing needs of the business from time to time.

- Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time to support growth trajectory.

- Telegu speaking experience is a must-
