OutSystems Team Lead - Mobile & Web App Development (6-15 yrs)

Job Title : Outsystems Team Lead

Job Location : Pune - India

Responsibilities :

- Develop software solutions by studying business needs, conferring with the business analysis team, analysing systems and the flows, data usage, work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycles.

- Responsible for leading team and developing information systems by studying operations, designing, developing, and installing software solutions & providing support.

- Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, being consistent on delivering systems with excellent software engineering skills.

Main Responsibilities :

- Lead developer team, design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop testable, bug-free, and scalable code following best practices, OutSystems development, security, and clean code.

- Perform code optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system integrity

- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, defining problems & requirements, developing systems, and proposing solutions for improvements.

- Translate business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions.

- Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.

- Demonstrate solutions by documentations, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and present clean code.

- Understand, evaluate, design, develop and implement complex data models.

- Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems.

- Estimate and deliver tasks in a timely manner meeting tight deadline requirements.

- Experienced in developing and adapting existing business solutions as well as creating new solutions.

- Ensuring source control and change control of development deliverables.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

- Must have min 8+ year proven experience with a minimum of 5 years as an outsystems developer in Mobile and Reactive web app development.

- Strong proficiency in OutSystems development tools and technologies.

- Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio and OutSystems lifetime and CI/CD pipeline.

- Knowledge of API technologies such as REST and JSON.

- Knowledge of web development concepts, including HTTP protocols, client-server architecture, and web security.

- Able to analyse OutSystems logs to troubleshoot, identify, and fix issues.

- Proficiency in web-based languages, specifically JavaScript and CSS

- Ability to apply both technical and business knowledge while participating in the full lifecycle development process.

- Good in C# .NET and Good knowledge of MS SQL Server & developing stored procedures using best practices.

- Mentor developers on high-quality standards and review the code developed by other team members as needed.

- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code

- Good understanding of async programming and threading

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail

- Flexible and self-motivated

- Working on multiple projects using strong time management skills and prioritisation of workloads

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
