- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Brand teams for the seamless execution of central projects.
- Manage and optimize trade expenditure and below-the-line (BTL) activities.
- Develop strategies and lead the implementation of New Product Launch Plans (NPLP) and New Product Development (NPD).
- Work in close partnership with Sales Transformation, Sales IT, and Capability teams to brainstorm and co-create projects.
- Execute the agendas of the Sales Transformation, Sales IT, and Capability teams.
- Lead and drive Urban and Rural Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies within the cluster.
- Oversee the planning process for monthly and coverage plans for ASM territories.
- Analyze market data to derive insights and develop action plans.
- Identify gaps in distribution and bridge them to support long-term business growth.
- Design and plan optimal workforce management, including DDs, field force, beats, and distributor optimization, with a focus on ROI.
- Lead Sales IT initiatives (Infrastructure and Projects) while ensuring data integrity and proper PDA management.
- Manage customer relationships through targeted interventions focused on evaluation, engagement, profitable returns, and swift issue resolution.
