Director - Product Head - Supply Chain Planning Analytics (10-15 yrs)

As the Product Director for our Supply Chain Analytics offerings, you will drive the success of our product portfolio. Collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer, you'll oversee the daily operations of the product development team to ensure seamless execution of our product strategy.

- Lead and guide the product development team to deliver timely and high-quality supply chain analytics solutions.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation to launch and subsequent optimization.

- Create detailed product documentation and collateral for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Communicate product features, benefits, and use cases clearly and effectively.

- Foster the ideation process, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and opportunities.

- Promote an innovative culture within the product development team.

- Work alongside the Chief Product Officer to develop and implement the overarching product strategy.

- Participate in long-term planning, including product roadmap creation and alignment with company goals.

- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.

- Convert insights into actionable strategies to ensure competitiveness.

- Collaborate with the pricing team to devise and implement effective pricing strategies for our supply chain analytics products.

- Ensure alignment with market demands, value propositions, and competitive positioning.

- Partner with internal teams such as engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support for cross-functional collaboration.

- Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights for ongoing improvement.
