Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project timelines using Gantt charts, ensuring on-time delivery of facility-related projects.
• Facility Upgradation & Maintenance: Oversee repair, renovation, and upgradation projects in residential properties.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and residential societies to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare project reports, status updates, and risk assessments.
• Budget Management: Estimate project costs, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, local building codes, and compliance standards.
• Team Management: Lead technical teams, supervise contractors, and ensure quality execution.
• Technology Utilization: Use MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or other project management tools to track progress and optimize workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil/EE Engineering.
• 7 years of experience in Facility Management & Project Management (Residential Properties preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel.
• Knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing works in residential properties.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
