Software Development Engineer - Test - Edifecs (7-10 yrs)

POSITION AND TASKS :

Abacus is seeking an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

- Lead to fulfill requirements pertaining to a software product. This person will be engaged in maintaining and developing testing infrastructure; automating and simplifying processes related to products testing; ensuring End to End quality of Enterprise-level products; planning, testing, reviewing and implementation of internally architected solutions based on business requirements.

What you will do :

- Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for EDI transactions and healthcare software applications, covering functional, regression, performance, and compliance aspects.

- Execute manual test cases to validate data accuracy and system functionality, while also working with automation frameworks to develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.

- Thorough understanding of EDI standards (like X12, HL7), transaction sets (e.g., 834, 820, 835), and data mapping to ensure accurate data exchange between systems.

- Work closely with the Product and Development team to understand the business requirement and development of the application.

- Develop, expand, and maintain automated test frameworks for client and server-side applications.

- Help to enhance existing or establish new procedures to maximize products quality.

- Propose, create, review, and run test strategies/scenarios for the application.

- Collaborate as part of a scrum team in an agile environment.

- Create tests and defect reports using the team standards and best practices Possesses the ability to work with minimal supervision and/or independently Utilizes experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Skills :

- Should have experience in Edifecs

- They must have worked as SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) earlier.

- Experience in Healthcare projects or Health care domain.

Educational Background : Need technical graduates have done B. Tech from the reputated university.
