Assistant Manager - Distribution & Replenishment Planning

Support distribution and replenishment planning for specific markets, ensuring efficient product availability, service level performance, and inventory optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute regional supply chain strategies while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Experience in managing market-level KPIs such as OOS, OOR, and forecast execution. Business Understanding of excise regulations, bonded warehouse operations, and compliance requirements specific to beer/Alco-bev industry. Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing regional supply chains and responding to demand fluctuations. Basic familiarity with S&OP processes and cross-functional coordination. In-depth understanding of service level KPI Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced analytics tools. Adaptability, collaboration, and effective communication for managing dynamic situations Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
