Assistant Manager environment specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Adherence of routine inspection & preventive maintenance of all Water management equipment & processes to deliver zero downtime to brewing & packaging.

2. Daily review of performance to deliver the best-in-class KPIs.

3. Daily functional & cross function alignment on action plan to deliver the constant Water supplies.

4. Building the safe culture in department.

5. Streamline the Water management system to provide the unwavering services & support to run Brewing & packaging without any stoppages with utmost efficiencies.

6. Meeting all the quality compliances to ensure the quality product all time.

Creating the safe environment via implementing best safe practice with adherence to company provided toolkits & mechanisms.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operation & maintenance of ETP, STP & RO

Technical competencies

1. Knowledge requirements:

Water System O&M including pretreatment, WTP, BTS, WWRP & ZLD

Occupational health & Safety

Compliance & Environmental Regulations, Documentation, and reporting.

Drive sustainability initiatives, waste management, and resource Optimization.

Education

BE/M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering from reputed colleges
