Job Description
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of technical services and support for the Oracle Fusion ERP System. Ensure high-quality service delivery standards and adherence to SLAs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small technical team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Incident and Problem Management: Ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems related to the ERP Application. Implement root cause analysis and preventative measures.
- Change Management: Coordinate and manage changes to the ERP System, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including business units and external vendors. Provide regular updates on service delivery performance and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and support functions.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with statutory / regulatory requirements and internal policies and support audits. Ensure continuous maintenance of security measures to protect ERP data and systems.
